Service Area:

We currently serve Tulsa and surrounding areas. If you’re outside the area, contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

 

Cleanup Policy:

​

• Cleanups include removing visible dog waste from lawns.

• We do not enter homes or garages.

• Please ensure we have access to your yard on your scheduled day (unlocked gates, no aggressive dogs outside).

• ScooPup's are done the following day if it is raining that day. (or is still wet outside)

• ScooPups booking times may not be honored if the route is not efficient. example: *our route system says 11am arrival for a house in Broken Arrow but the scheduled time is 9am*

• If we cannot access the yard, service may need to reschedule.

 

 Deodorizer Add-On (Free!):

All visits include a pet-safe yard deodorizer to help reduce odors. Let us know if you’d prefer to opt out.

If we are out of deodorizer we will not be able to spray your yard, this could only happen if supply is out or a accident.

 Pet Limits & Yard Size:

Our pricing covers up to 5 dogs and standard-sized yards. If you have more pets or a large property, we may contact you to customize a fair quote. (original price stays the same first scoop)

 

 Cancellation & Rescheduling:

• You can pause or cancel anytime with 24-hour notice.

 

 Communication:

We’ll text you when we’re on the way and when the job is done — plus before-and-after pics if requested!
